I graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University in 2000. I have had experience in the acute sector specialising in critical care and medicine. I have been a practice placement facilitator, an adult nurse lecturer, and I am now a part of a dynamic interprofessional team of senior lecturers in practice learning. I recently joined the university's Schwartz project as a Schwartz facilitator, this is an exciting opportunity to support students and newly qualified practitioners as they transition into practice. I am passionate about improving the quality of practice learning experiences and supporting innovations that enhance and promote best practice.
