I have taught for three years as a Lecturer at St Christopher's Hospice London, and for four years at CCCU as a Lecturer on the Adult Nursing course and Nurse Associate programme.

My research interests are around the Nurse Associate training and how we teach academic skills to students who arrive at the university with some or no higher education experience. 

I am a nurse trustee for a charity that provides Palliative Care to people across the Balkan countries in Europe.
