Mrs Praja Rolfe

Currently, I teach Research Methods and Personal Career Development for undergraduate students. I have been teaching management and business modules for undergraduate students at LSEC (a partnership institution of CCCU) for 4 years and postgraduate student at University of Hertfordshire for five years.

My research interests are in employee engagement, culture and EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion).

I currently conduct a collaborative research project in understanding mental health of the student at LSEEG by looking at policies to develop intervention mechanisms.
