Dr Perry Stanislas

I joined CCCU in May 2021 as a Senior Lecturer in Policing for Postgraduate Policing Programmes.

I started my career as a security and intelligence officer for a leading Pan African political organisation that worked across the world with governments, leaders, agencies and various branches of the police and security services before joining Bedfordshire Police.

My areas of specialism is policing and organisational change and international policing and security.

I have taught policing and related subjects for approximately 20 years and been an External Examiner at several institutions.  

I teach among Leadership, Organisation and Development, Evidence-based interventions and International Policing.

Before coming to CCCU I taught in the Executive Police Leadership and police leadership and management on various courses within the Police and Security Programme in Rabdan Academy in Abu Dhabi.

My area of interest is in the area of international policing and security matters, with an emphasis on large scale planning and leadership.
