Dr Nikdokht Ghadiminia is a senior lecturer in Built Environment at the School of Engineering, Technology and Design, Canterbury Christchurch University. She is a researcher and co-author at the IoT Security Foundation (IoTSF) and is also part of the leading team in cybersecurity in the built environment working group. She received her PhD in Security minded digital transformation in the Built Environment, from Birmingham City University and achieved her BEng and MSc (Hons.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham (UK).
As a Chartered Member of the CIOB (MCIOB), Future Leader’s CIOB Board Member and a fellow of the higher education academy (FHEA), She is actively involved in research in digital construction, digital twins, BIM, and cybersecurity in the built environment.
