School of Psychology and Life Sciences

I am a University Instructor and PhD student working on soil ecology and agriculture..

I finished my BSc in Environmental Science at CCCU in 2019 and after completing an MRes at UCL, I returned to CCCU in 2022 to pursue my PhD. I am interested in agro-ecological processes, microbial ecology, and sustainable food systems.

My research interests are multidisciplinary, spanning the interface between molecular biology, ecology, and sustainable food systems

I am currently working as a University Instructor alongside my PhD. I support the delivery of laboratory sessions and field trips across a range of modules and year groups.

My research spans the interface of molecular ecology and agriculture. I am particularly interested in using molecular tools to quantify microbial drivers of ecosystem services and inform agricultural practices.
