Martin joined Canterbury Christ Church University in 2009 having previously taught across a wide range of levels and contexts, including three years in the People’s Republic of China. Martin's main interest is in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and media.
Martin is the Course Director for the International Foundation Programme (IFP) and the Pre-sessional Course in Academic English Skills.
Martin teaches on the International Foundation Programme (IFP) and the Pre-Sessional Course in Academic English Skills. On the IFP he is the module leader for English for University Study, Academic English and Foundation Media.
Martin also teaches on the BA English Language degree. On this programme he contributes to the modules Exploring Communication and Investigating Digital Communication.
