Mrs Lorraine Duffy

I have previously worked in both private and public sectors. More recently I was employed by Pfizer, within the pharmaceutical industry. In this capacity I developed experience working in knowledge management in a corporate university, as a in-house trainer in drug development education and as a project manager. Working in global, matrix teams I have spent time developing and delivering learning interventions in Europe and the US. Prior to this I was worked for Kent County Council. During this time I was the head of the training team and also worked in workforce planning.

I have Graduate Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I am interested in continuing professional development and in ensuring my skills and experience are kept up to date.

I am interested in the field of human resource management. My most recent research study was in the area of talent management, in particular in relation to primary education.
