Senior Lecturer Collaborative Partners

School of Business, Law & Policing

Senior Lecturer Collaborative Partners as part of the Business, Law and Policing.

I hold a BSc in Environmental Health and an MSc in Sustainable Tourism Management, with around 10 years of lecturing experience in Higher Education. I have taught both internationally and in the UK, delivering business and management and academic skills modules to diverse cohorts including international students across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

In my role as Academic Link Tutor and Subject Chair, I lead and coordinate moderation activities across assigned partner institutions, ensuring consistency in assessment practices and academic integrity. As an ALT, I provide academic guidance and ongoing support to partner colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.

My research interests are in Higher Education, particularly university academic partnerships and collaborative provision. I am interested in understanding how partnerships operate in practice, including how they are managed, governed and quality assured across both transnational and UK-based contexts.I am particularly keen to explore what makes partnerships effective and sustainable and how institutions can maintain academic standards while also fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
