Dr Katy Warden

Deputy Director of Partnerships

Christ Church Business School

I am Deputy Director of Partnerships.

I have been a member of CCCU teaching team since 2012.

Currently, I am a Deputy Director of Partnerships, Senior Lecturer (in Christ Church Business School) and an Academic Link Tutor for Saegis Campus in Sri Lanka.
In my role I am responsible for monitoring effective performance of partner institutions and producing, analysing, and evaluating data of partner performances for quality assurance. I oversee relevant staff training at the partner institutions, and lead on regulation compliance.

I have great expertise in postgraduate taught course design, management and delivery as I have been a co-creator and a course director of the most sought pre-experience postgraduate taught (PGT) courses in CCCU Business School – MSc International Business and MBA International (since their validation until March 2023).

Moreover, I am an active researcher in the area of social entrepreneurship, leadership and international student experience. Much of my time is spent keeping abreast of national and international HE developments through a
range of appropriate networks and academic channels which informs all of the work I undertake on behalf of
students and colleagues

I have been nominated for a 2021 Staff Recognition Award for both the Outstanding Contribution to Student Experience and Working Together categories. Since January 2020 I have been nominated for Golden Apple Awards 2020, 2021 (in 8 categories) and 2022, including nominations for ‘Most dedicated to supporting students’, ‘Most dedicated to students’ and “Exceptional Teaching and Support”.
