I am an industry-experienced academic with expertise drawn from senior leadership roles in international investment banking real estate, capital infrastructure projects and regional regeneration.
My academic interests focus on mission-based approaches to complex regional and neighbourhood challenges, place and power, sense-making in organisational change and university/academic collaboration for regional growth.I principally teach work-based learners on business apprenticeship programmes having undertaken course directing for a number of years, in addition to facilitating workshops, seminars and business growth CPD for organisations.
As the programme director for the national Help to Grow: Management Programme at CCCU, we have delivered growth and leadership development for more than 60 local/regional SME leaders in the past three years.I am currently a university Enterprise Fellow, and a member of the Global Interest Group on Business Clinics.
I completed my MSc in Project and Enterprise Management at The Bartlett School, University College London.
