School of Law, Policing and Social Sciences

I joined CCCU in 2022 and I am a lecturer in Forensic Investigation.

My areas of interest are Crime Scene Investigation, Disaster Victim Identification and Forensic Archaeology and Anthropology. My teaching focus is practical skills to examine a Crime Scene and collect evidence.

I was a Crime Scene Investigator for the Police whilst working for them I became a DVI qualified personnel.

I have deployed to two mass fatalities incidents and more recently undertaken an Archaeology dig in Italy looking for a missing WW2 pilot. I am currently studying at Cranfield University for an MSc Forensic Archaeology and Anthropology.

I am interested in new and modern Forensic imaging techniques to examine trauma in bones and DVI victims.

Volume and Serious Crime, Accident Disaster and Terrorism and Introducing Crime Scenes are my current modules.
