Mr Jon Swain

I joined CCCU in 2005 and am a Senior Lecturer in Sports and Exercise Sciences.

I joined Christ Church University in 2005 to develop motor learning, skill acquisition and coaching modules in the Section of Sport and Exercise Sciences having previously worked at the University of Chichester. I am interested in handedness and non-dominant transfer effects on sport performance.

I am the head CCCU tennis coach for the university teams and contribute to the Polo Farm Junior Performance Programme.

I have provided consultancy services for several sports bodies including the World Squash Federation, England Squash, British Shooting and I am a LTA licenced+ tennis coach.
