Jeannette is a Senior Lecturer, and the Course Director for the Health Foundation Year at Canterbury Christ Church University.

During my years as a Senior Lecturer at CCCU, I have been a Module Lead across levels 0 to 7. Across these levels of study, my role has involved the design, delivery, and evaluation learning opportunities in areas such as Occupational Therapy theory and professional reasoning, reflective practice and human development across the life span.

I am an Occupational Therapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

  • Developing critical reflection utilising creative media/methods
  • Occupational Therapy theoretical perspectives and professional reasoning processes
  • Arts and crafts for health and wellbeing
  • Work-based and practice-based learning and development
