Senior Lecturer Leadership and Strategic Change

I joined the Business School in September 2021 as a Lecturer in Leadership and Strategic Change and am the Course Director for Foundation Year Business.

I am also a Director at Leadership Excellence and Strategy (LEaD), a Management Consultancy focused on strategic leadership development. I hold a PhD in Management and MSc in Human Resource Management both from Kent Business School, University of Kent and an MBA in International Trade from the University of Applied Science, Bernburg, Germany.

I am an Associate Fellow of Higher Education Academy and Academic Member of CIPD. I am also a member of the British Academy of Management. My research areas are in Talent Management and Employer Branding, Strategic Change Management and Leadership Development.

I teach management and human resource modules as well as research methods and strategy.

I have significant teaching experience at undergraduate, postgraduate and MBA levels. My portfolio of taught courses includes managers and organizations, strategic management, change management, employee relations and employee resourcing, reward strategy, research methods, management and leadership.

I convene modules in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels including Human Resource Management, International Human Resource Management, Change Management in Global Context.

My areas of research are in Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Change Management. 

I am engaged in external lecture deliveries across the UK and Europe including Erasmus+ funded Teaching Mobility Scheme. A Visiting Scholar at SRH University, Heidelberg, Germany.
