I have been an instructor in sport and exercise science at CCCU since 2018.

I am very passionate about strength and conditioning with a particular interest around female athletes. After I completed an BSc and MSc in Sport Strength and Conditioning.

I completed a PGCE at CCCU whilst teaching at West Kent College, before moving to CCCU in 2018. I developed a true passion for strength and conditioning whilst working at Gloucestershire County Cricket Club and Charlton Athletic Football Club. 

I mostly teach on topics such as strength and conditioning and physiology.

I am currently undertaking a PhD in female athletes.

My Research interests include;

  • Antenatal and postnatal training in elite athletes
  • training female athletes
  • menstrual cycle
  • hormonal contraceptives
  • fast bowling
  • athlete wellness

I also currently work for Surrey County Cricket Club, Kent Cricket, and Oval Invincible overseeing all strength and conditioning responsibilities for the Women's teams.
