Ms Elisabeth Pullar

Senior Lecturer

School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work

Elisabeth is a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing who has enjoyed a diverse career specialising in Critical/Intensive Care.

I have an MSc in Advanced Practice: Education and a Pg. Cert in Interprofessional Education, which have given me a solid foundation to my teaching. After an exciting year as Course Director for the BSc Adult Nursing course, I am joining the Registered Nurse Degree Associate (RNDA) course to help teach and develop that curriculum. Key responsibilities include: course delivery (teaching, assessing, and curriculum development), decision-making, problem-solving and pastoral care of students.

I first became interested in teaching when I was a mentor for other staff in my clinical roles. I have pursued personal development to focus on teaching in a range of nursing environments and courses, joining CCCU in 2017 as a full-time lecturer in Adult Nursing.
