Following 35 years’ experience in financial services with 15 years as a Managing Director, I am now an Instructor in Business and PhD Researcher.

I have experience gained during my banking career spanning the following areas: General Business Management and Financial Planning, Global Financial Services (with a focus on Global Corporate Banking, the Global Payments Industry, Working Capital Management and impact of Fintech, Technology and Digital transformation), Strategic Management & Leadership (Business Strategy, Sales Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Talent Management (all with a global perspective) and ESG implications, Corporate Governance (Ethics, Risk and Control), Digital Transformation Strategies and the impact of new technology on e-commerce operations and supply chains.

Additionally, I am interim Chair of an education charity, Talk The Talk, who specialise is providing training in Oracy to Secondary School students.

I am current AFHEA having completed UCAP in 2024 and I am currently studying for my PGCAP qualification. Having taught in Higher Education since 2023, I have lectured at Masters level on both Post-Graduate and Professional modules in Leadership & Management, Business Ethics & Risk and been a Dissertation Supervisor. I have also taught undergraduates on Business Ethics as a Module Leader and leveraged my professional experience to deliver a module on the Help to Grow program.

I am currently a PhD researcher. My focus is on researching the contrast in organisational ambidexterity demonstrated by Global Banks and FinTech's given the rapid pace of new technology and digital transformation.

I am a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
