Mrs Clare Andrews

Prior to that I was a teacher of Religious Education at secondary level and have a degree in theology. My teaching responsibilities are focussed primarily on collaborative practice and I am interested in the way in which students are able to experience and learn interprofessionally in pracitce.  My academic interests include the nature and development of professionalism in student radiographers, and the relationship between theology and education in the higher education sector

My main teaching interests are around the role of radiographers in complex working environments and interprofessional working. I have been involved in the development and delivery of interprofessional learning since its early development at the university.

I am a member of the Society of Radiographers and registered as a diagnostic radiographer with the Health and Care Professions Council

Other memberships include the British Education Research Association, The British and Irish Association for Practical Theology, International Association for the Promotion of Christian Higher Education
