Andy is a retired police officer with 30 years’ service. His career has been marked by a strong commitment to professional standards, evidence-based practice, and the development of others within policing.
He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Adult Education and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Andy is currently completing a Master’s degree in Policing and Transformational Security, further strengthening the link between academic scholarship and real-world policing practice.
