Inspiring Mindset

Welcome to Inspiring Mindset where you are encouraged to think in new ways about yourself and develop a greater understanding of your wellbeing.

This exciting and inspiring project is a result of a partnership between Canterbury Christ Church University and We Are With You to create a series of resources aimed at students aged 13-18. Over the next three modules we are going to try to help you understand more about how to manage your emotions and stress so that you can make the best possible decisions and not get too overwhelmed. 

We will give you some fantastic tools to get your voice heard, plan for your hopes and dreams and look after yourself in the best way. These activities are all about you and your empowerment. It’s been designed to help you ask some of the big questions about yourself and your emotions. 

Some top tips to engage with what’s happening, explore the possibilities, and encourage everyone around you to keep asking!
