Welcome

 Welcome to the MBA Collaborative Leadership and Senior Leaders Apprenticeship. This is a Level 7 (Masters' level) course leading to the SLA certificate, Postgraduate Diploma and optionally the MBA (Collaborative Leadership). We very much look forward to working with you on this course over the next two to three or more years and hope that you will find it both engaging and informative. 

Getting started

We look forward to meeting you on 20th September, 2024, for the Induction Day.

There are no activities before then that we expect you to undertake. If you can block out your Fridays that will help keep you available for the study days, and allow time for you to undertake preparation for classes, and for your assignments.

Community

On the social side, the Student Union (CCSU) has a huge range of clubs and societies – all of which have unique social calendars of their own and offer endless opportunities to make lifelong friends and discover new hobbies. And you can always create your own society and cultivate your own community!

CCSU will be hosting their Freshers Fayre on Wednesday 18th September 2024. Make sure you keep checking the CCSU website for further details and how to get involved.

We understand that you may be nervous about your first few weeks on campus but rest assured - you'll be joining a nurturing and supportive environment where diversity, equality and individuality are part of everything we do.

Pre-course reading

Students are advised to check with handbooks for a specific reading list for each module. These will be reviewed and updated for each subject.

There is no specific pre-reading required for this course, keeping abreast of business, economic, social and political news will help for the wider context. Students may find the following reading useful:
