Join us for the next StressLess event on 18 January - it is all about mindfulness and relaxation with massages, colouring, painting, and more!

And remember the Student Wellbeing Team are always here for you, offering a wide variety of confidential advice, emotional support or just a chat when you need it. Did you know that they have teamed up with Spectrum.Life to offer 24/7, in-the-moment support, whether online, via text or phone – so you can talk to someone whenever or wherever you need support.
