Christ Church Sport & Active Health offer opportunities, tips, advice and motivation to help you lead a more active lifestyle. We believe that getting active plays an important part in a first class student experience, and we provide lots of activities designed to give that opportunity to everyone.
You can join our range of online fitness classes. Our University fitness instructors are working closely with the team of OurParks instructors, delivering a range of classes including Stretch & Flex, BoxFit, Pilates, Dance, Yoga and more. Gaining access to the classes is easy, simply visit the OurParks webpage and signup for a free account.
We have a state-of-the-art gym, fitness classes and a personal training service at our modern Sports Centre. When COVID-19 guidance allows you will also have the opportunity to try new sports and activities through our Social Sport programme, join our running club or couch to 5k sessions. There is also the chance to gain coaching qualifications and engage in sport volunteering both at the University and in the local community.
