Di joined the team as Centre Administrator in 2016. She plays a vital role in supporting the team across its range of research projects, and assists with project management and organisation of events. She is the first point of contact for general queries, liaising with Arts and Health professionals, research participants, Associates and service providers.
With a lifelong passion for music, Di has personal experience of the transformative power of music and singing on health, and is a member of various local choirs. She spent several years working as a peripatetic music teacher, facilitating Kindermusik groups for Reception and pre-school children. She has also worked as a piano teacher for children and as an accompanist at a ballet school in London.
More recently, Di worked within the Criminal Justice system in Kent, as a Case Review Officer.
Di also worked previously in London for several years as a freelance business research consultant, which included research projects in French, in which she is fluent.
