Commenced employment at Canterbury Christ Church University in May 2016. I have over 12 years experience as a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing, teaching and supporting both pre and post-registration students. Previously working at London South Bank University. Passionate about providing support for Adult Learners, and led on NHS London project exploring a range of factors that influence attrition and completion rates of student nurses on Adult pre-registration programmes in London. Clinical interests are in Gerontology and the application of evidence-based practice. Current teaching responsibilities include: Professional Development 1, Experiencing Health and Illness 2, Collaborative Practice 3, Leadership for Professional Practice, Transition into Professional Practice, Caring Conversations, Nursing 1.
