Focused Ultrasound Course on Hands, Wrists and Feet in Rheumatology

This course is for medical doctors, nurses and allied health professionals.

This Focused Ultrasound Course provides an opportunity to learn how to use ultrasound imaging for the diagnosis and management of patients in the Rheumatology Clinic setting. Successful candidates will receive a Certificate of Completion and 20 Level 7 credits.

The course is comprised of the following three parts:

  • Part 1: 2 days University attendance on 7 and 8 December 2020
  • Part 2: 2 days University attendance on 11 and 12 January 2021
  • Part 3: approximately 400 hours of clinical ultrasound learning in the workplace in order to achieve the necessary clinical competencies

Cost: £1,600 per person
