We have three libraries across Kent. Our libraries are not just places to take out textbooks. They are places to learn and become inspired. They are thriving and friendly communities. They are places you'll want to be.

We are Customer Service Excellence accredited, demonstrating our commitment to our diverse range of users. At each of our campus libraries, we aim to create a comfortable and accessible study environment, with access to help and support through our Library Point and i-zone services.

We actively listen to our user's feedback and create opportunities throughout the year to engage with our users to gather meaningful feedback, which we can use to continuously develop our offer. These events have led to improvements in our borrowing and returning services, diversified our collections, and improved our resource accessibility.
