Team communication

Maintaining communication with your teammates throughout your project is achieved through your working channels, selected organisation platforms and team meetings. However, how you communicate with your teammates is another crucial factor to the success of your teamworking and project completion. Sometimes, not everything goes to plan and the project can fall behind. This can be a group issue, or it may be that a teammate has not been able to complete a task they were set as agreed on by the group. It is important not to start looking to blame anyone as this will only create more tensions and problems for the team and your project. Instead, support one another and work as a team to find solutions to bring the project back on track.
