Sections within the school

Adult Nursing

If you are planning a career in Adult Nursing, our three year BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing degree aims to prepare you to become a nurse with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to provide high quality patient care in the future. Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and a broad range of jobs opportunities awaits.

Child Nursing

Children's nurses place each child at the centre of their work. Our BSc Child Nursing degree with its in-practice placements, as well as our range of continuing professional development opportunities, means that we can cater for nurses at many stages in their careers.

Mental Health Nursing

The Mental Health Nursing and Learning Disabilities team work together to deliver research led learning and consultancy across a range of pathways and programmes. We offer an undergraduate degree in Mental Health Nursing, as well as several options for continuing professional development.

Social Work

Canterbury Christ Church University has been offering social work training and education since 1989. Since then, our portfolio of programmes, research, and knowledge transfer activity has continued to grow in response to the diverse and changing needs of the social services and social care sectors locally, nationally, and internationally.
