of all our most recent UK undergraduates are in employment or further study after six months
You'll join a friendly community of almost 19,000 staff and students
The programme consists of nine units each consisting of a narrated PowerPoint presentation.
Each of the units focuses on a specific aspect of advance care planning, including definitions and examples, reasons why they are necessary, legal capacity, practical help and advice when discussing someone’s impending death and their wishes for its management.
Many of the presentations contain video or audiotaped interviews with patients, residents, service users, carers or other family members; as well as healthcare professionals working in the field of end of life care. We hope that you will find these insights and experiences helpful and meaningful in your own practice.
