If you already have a Multi-Factor Authenticator app on your smartphone or tablet, you will need to add the Blackboard TDM Learning System to the app.
The following example is showing the Microsoft Authenticator App on an iPhone.
1) Open the MFA app on your smartphone/tablet and then select the plus (+) sign:
2) From the Add Account screen select Other:
3) Scan the QR code [provided in Step 7 - How to Sign-Up to TDM]
4) If your device is struggling to scan the QR code, you can opt to enter the code manually:
5) Enter an Account name and the Secret Key shown next to the QR code. Select Finish.
6) Return to Step 8 - How to Sign-Up to Blackboard TDM.
