Streaming FAQs
1. I can see the video but cannot hear any audio
If you can see the video but not the audio, please check that your volume is not on mute, make sure that your speakers are turned on and check that you do not have any headphones plugged in. If the issue still persists then the likely issue would be your sound card.
2. I can see the video and audio but the stream seems to be buffering a lot and the video is struggling to play
This can be many things but the likely cause will be your bandwidth allocation to your machine. If you are viewing from home, for best result, close the other browsers on other PC’s if you are on a shared network that maybe streaming content (and other browsers on your own PC that has video content playing). This will reduce the bandwidth used and should provide a smoother stream.
3. I am in the office trying to view the stream but cannot see anything or it seems to take ages to load
This is likely to be a firewall issue. Either the stream has been blocked or there are firewall restrictions. Speak to your network team and ask them to open port 1935. If your company is extremely strict then it would be
