- It is important that you adhere to your graduation timetable and arrive in good time to check-in at the registration desk to ensure that you can take part in your ceremony and have your name read out. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. If you do not arrive on time, you will miss the ceremony and your name will not be read out. You will subsequently be offered a deferral to a future graduation date.
