I am a registered partner student, and my personal details are wrong?
Answer:

If you are fully registered and your date of birth is wrong or your name has changed, please email i-zone@canterbury.ac.uk with an attached photo of official documents indicating the correct details.

The i-zone will then pass this on to the student records team who will correct it on your record.
