I’m having trouble signing into my computing account, what should I do?
Answer:

For forgotten passwords, if you have already added recovery information, please use the “Forgotten my password” link on the login screen and follow the prompts. 

If you have already set up your recovery details via a mobile telephone number or Microsoft Authenticator App, the process is very simple.

If you have not set up your recovery details don’t worry. You can contact the i-zone to reset your password. You will then need to set up your recovery information so that in the future you can do this yourself. 

If you have forgotten your username you will need to contact the i-zone by email - click the link below. For security, please include your name and date of birth or your student ID number:
