You'll join a friendly community of almost 19,000 staff and students
You must be robed at all times and a Canterbury Christ Church University robe and mortar board appropriate to your award are mandatory. The student is responsible for the hire cost of the academic robe. To view the robe you should be wearing please enter and select your subject in the ceremony details section on our website here. You must be dressed appropriately underneath the robe, trainers and jeans, for example, are not acceptable. If a student is judged to be inappropriately dressed, they will not be permitted to take part in their graduation/award ceremony. Any queries relating to the hire of academic dress should be directed to Ede & Ravenscroft as the University is not able to answer any questions regarding your robe hire.
