Artificial intelligence and machine learning are already making an impact on how organisations communicate, target their audience and develop their online content. Author and Keynote speaker Katie King will share with participants how AI could fundamentally change the nature of work and tasks for every PR/marketing and comms department. Katie will outline case studies of successes and failures, showcasing AI being used across the PR and marketing spectrum.
