This workshop is all about how we can all adopt mindfulness practices in the workplace. No matter what your job, work can be anxiety-provoking and this workshop will explore ways to reduce the impact of workplace stress and reap the personal and professional benefits of a healthier workplace.

Have you ever tried to be more consciously present? Have you explored new ways to implement mindfulness in your breaks? How can we make the most of mindfulness spaces in our workplaces? How can we best deal with a particularly stressful moment? What are mindful meetings?
