We want to make sure that our campuses and accommodation are in good condition for you. If you would like to report a repair, you can do this with the Planon Fault Reporting Form.
Reporting a non-urgent fault
- Call the Helpdesk at 01227 92 2325 (Helpdesk hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday)
- Email repairs@canterbury.ac.uk
- Report via the Planon Fault Reporting Form (please see below)
(Other repair QR Codes placed in rooms around campus/accommodation are not working due to planned upgrades, except those on Information Boards)
Planon Fault Reporting Form:

- Use this form to report a fault.
- Enter your university username e.g abc123 and your university password.
- Please fill in the form and select the correct location and information for the issue.
- Once you have finished the form with information click “Submit”, this will then log the fault within our estates system.
Reporting an emergency fault
If you’re worried about an issue that’s potentially life-threatening, dangerous or something that could cause long-term serious damage (including a fire risk), please call security on 01227 922355 immediately.
