Celebrate the Taste of BHM

The CCCU Food Court Canterbury and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion have teamed up to offer a series of menus celebrating Black History Month.

All meals are available at the Canterbury Campus food court and will be served with collard greens and fried plantain.

Jerk is a style of cooking in which the main ingredient - often chicken (or beef, pork, goat, seafood or vegetables) is coated in spices and grilled. Jerk Chicken with collard greens, plantain, coleslaw and corn on the cob.

25 October 2019 - Creole Seafood Court Bouillon topped with Spiced Hake 

In Louisiana Creole and Cajun Court-Bouillon is a thick tomato-based seafood stew and is an autumn favourite! There a lots of different varieties of this dish, however, it is traditionally prepared with catfish. Creole Seafood Court Bouillon
