Our Jubilee is not just about celebrating our past, but also about creating something new - contributing towards a hope-filled and sustainable future for our students and the wider community we serve.

In March, we launched our Academy for Sustainable Futures, which will spearhead our new strategies for learning, teaching and vital research in how to protect and sustain our world.

Through Wilder Campus staff, students and the wider University community will work together to further enhance the natural areas of our campus, encouraging their use and fostering richer wildlife habitats.

We're also creating a Jubilee Garden which will become a location for our community to enjoy and relax in natural surroundings. In addition, our sports fields at Stodmarsh will become part of a wider International Forest initiative, and our Verena Holmes Building will gain a new, natural border thanks to funding from the Queen's Green Canopy project.
