The Christ Church Diamond Jubilee Colour Run is a unique event combining the fun of a colour run and the excitement and atmosphere of a music festival! With a short running course based across the Canterbury Christ Church University Campus, this event is perfect for all running abilities. Wear a white T-shirt or fancy dress if you’d prefer! You can walk, jog or run our route as we throw coloured powder at you from each colour station, you will also be able to colour each other!

More than a fun run…

The excitement isn’t limited to the course! Our incredible warm-up session is guaranteed to put a smile on your face, but be careful, there’s a real chance of colour showers before the race even starts!

Who is it for?

Although this is a running event, it’s also suitable for those that want to walk the course and join in with the fun! Our colour run course is designed to be fun instead of challenging and is suitable for practically everyone no matter what your running ability.

The colour powders are non-toxic and biodegradable and will not affect the environment. Additionally, the colour will not cause harm to participants, however we do advise wearing sunglasses to avoid contact with your eyes.

After the event

Join Christ Church Students’ Union for the official Colour Run after party, taking place at the finish line with more live music and an opportunity to get your hands on some well deserved food and drink!
