Anytime Spin is available on the hour every hour (unless a scheduled class is running). You will follow direction from a virtual instructor using our new SPIVVY system. These can be challenging workouts and we advise that they are not suitable for beginners.
Powerhoop is a fun and effective workout, helping to trim your waist and strengthen your core.
A weights class with a difference. Barbells, dumbbells, sandbags and kettlebells
This 30 minutes HIIT blast will leave your abs begging for mercy. Core specific exercise to blast those abs into existence
