"Throughout my three years at Canterbury Christ Church, the Professional Perspectives module in my final year proved the most important. From learning how to write a CV right through to working in groups to deliver a pitch, this module helped prepare me for the ‘real world’, the world of work. Through close ties with industry via the Industry Advisory Panel, I was able to secure an internship at Telegraph Hill, a social content strategy agency, straight after my final year in summer 2012, and this led to full time employment with the company ever since, where I have worked my way up from Intern to Social Media Manager."
