Profile summary

Eddie is a Senior Lecturer  in the Department of Media, Art and Design. A graduate of the FRTV and MA Media Production programmes, he has worked as an editor, sound designer, director, producer, photographer and cameraman.

He has taught film, video, multimedia and photography. He is involved in a number of the courses the Department runs, with particular responsibility for teaching film and video production and editing theory and practice.

Film Noir and the Tragic Inheritance

 

A founder member of the Powell Research Group he has been active in promoting, researching and archiving the work of Michael Powell and the Archers.

He has worked in media education since 2000, and is currently external examiner for film studies and media programmes at Ravensbourne and York St John.
