If you want to understand a Shakespeare play better by acting it,
this workshop is for you. A great mix of informal and enjoyable
activities, the approach is designed to unlock understanding and
develop confidence through rehearsing script. You do not have to
be a Shakespearian actor or expert but if you’re keen to engage I’ll
guarantee you’ll be hooked and will want to come back for more.
Tried and tested over years with PGCE trainee teachers, adult lecturers and with primary and secondary school pupils, my drama workshop approach is inclusive in the belief that Shakespeare, and indeed drama, is for everyone to enjoy whatever the level of experience.
Beginners are welcome but also actors or experts. It might suit primary or secondary teachers keen to extend their drama ideas as well as share their expertise with others.
