Give us your feedback
It’s important to us to know that the services and publications we offer to you after you finish studying with us are ones that you want.
Continuously improving Alumni services
The University’s alumni services are under the regular scrutiny of the Alumni Development Group, a committee that includes four alumni representatives.
In addition we want every alumnus to have the opportunity to have their say. There are several ways in which you can provide us with feedback.
You can send us your thoughts, comments and suggestions at any time via our update form.
Dine and discuss
At various times, we hold focus groups with small gatherings of alumni where we look in detail, over dinner, at one aspect of the services we provide. Events are held in Canterbury or London.
Do you want to take part? Register your interest in Dine and Discuss.
Please note: Places are limited. Participants are selected on criteria including age, gender, subject specialism and geography to achieve representative groups.
In 2014, we launched our first Alumni Survey to give you an opportunity to tell us how you think we are doing and what you would like us to do differently, better, or more! Thank you to everyone who responded. Your comments have informed our thinking and decisions we have made about how to keep you advised of postgraduate opportunities, future changes to the Link Magazine and further content that needs to be included on this website.
We plan to hold our next survey in 2016 and would encourage every one of you to have your say!
