Iain found studying at CCCU a transformational experience, which boosted his skills, knowledge, and confidence. The effect on his career was significant.
Having worked with HSBC since 2006 in a variety of sales, operational and leadership roles, he quickly progressed to Global Relationship Director, Corporate Banking, and then to Regional Food and Drink Sector Director for the South East.
A very regular and enthusiastic alumni volunteer, Iain was a finalist for the Alumni Volunteer of the Year Award 2016 and again in 2019 and has been designated one of the University’s Alumni Champions in recognition of his substantial support to CCCU. Iain was also the 2019 winner of the Vice-Chancellor’s Award for his outstanding individual contribution to supporting alumni as an employer representative.
Iain lives in Kent with his wife Julie.
