How we will measure and communicate our progress

We will continue to invite feedback, consulting and engaging with organisations and communities across Kent and Medway, providing regular opportunities for feedback on our civic pledges.

We will report against these measures of success on an annual basis, to demonstrate that we are making progress on our pledges.
